To install Upgrade 770QE must have the latest Firmware update, which Peppermint Stitches is Happy to install on your behalf.

NEW features include:-

• BSR 3 - Basting Stitch Function with 2 different stitch lengths SPI 2 & SPI 4
• Kick Start function allows Free Motion Quilting continuously without having to keep the foot control constantly pressed. The Back Kick of the foot control is temporarily programmed with altering Start and Stop ( standby). The selected sewing mode (BSR ON/off) and the SPI settings  are maintained.
• Presser Foot selection in sewing mode is a machine protective feature where you tell machine which foot you are using. Should the incorrect foot be on the machine, the screen will pop up with a question mark, asking to check to see if it is the correct foot.
• Triple Stitch- decorative stitches making them look like they have been stitched with heavier thread
• Pattern Repeat up to 99 pattern - great for where precise number of decorative stitches are required 
• Pinpoint Placement  helps to accurately place a design in the embroidery hoop even if it is not hooped correctly 
• Scaling Lock for Pinpoint Placement design in the embroidery hoop, will rotate only. Rotation point is the first selected and set point defines the angle of rotation. The second selected and set point defines the angle of rotation. If the Scaling Lock is not activated, you will be notified when the allow limit of scaling (+/- 20%) is exceeded during positioning.
• Group/Ungroup layers of a embroidery design, allows you to create an original design from an existing design.
• Word Art - arrange letters in curved shapes around a design
• Adjustable Ruler Foot #72S with slit - the slit allows removal of foot without cutting the thread and without lifting the needle. Use for Ruler Work, Free Motion, used for Machine Embroidery in the hoop.
• Couching Inserts - support thinner, cords, wool felt thread. Couching Inserts used with #72S and #72 for couching threads both free motion and in the Embroidery hoop
