Shipping and Handling Policy

All parcels within Australia are shipped using Australia Post or a specialist courier company. We have a flat rate for standard items of $11.75. Large items such as
but not excluding sewing machines, large trolley bags and tuffets will be charged the exact postage. A quote will be provided before shipment and the adjusted amount must be paid prior to shipping.

Every effort is made for Orders to be sent within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

We do NOT ship Internationally from our website, however, we do accept special International orders, please contact us on +617 3161 6606 or email us at info@peppermentstitches.com.au for placing a special order and our International shipping rates.

Customer Service Policy

Peppermint Stitches endeavors to provide every customer with exceptional customer service and quality products. We try to ensure that all products on our website are currently in stock and the pricing is true and correct. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order for you, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a refund.

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Refund and Returns Policy

Please choose items carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. When goods are faulty, have wrongly been described, or are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

All fabric sold on our website has a minimum order of 20cm. If you order less than the minimum our staff will contact you and your order may be canceled.
